"Checkout went fine, and the payment..."
Checkout went fine, and the payment security seemed decent enough, but I’d be lying if I said I wasn’t still a little unsure. Maybe I’m just paranoid, but the whole thing felt a tiny bit sketchy, which is annoying as hell.

"Solid support with just a tiny hiccup"
I had a good experience overall. They replied to my questions quickly and kept me in the loop on my tickets, which I really appreciated. There was one email that confused me a bit, but once I followed up, they cleared it up without any issue. Overall, the communication was solid and I’d say they did a good job.

"Refund took a little while, but it got sorted"
My event ended up getting cancelled, so of course I got a little nervous about the refund situation — nobody likes chasing money around. TicketCity did get back to me after a bit of a wait, and the refund came through, just not as quickly as I’d hoped. Support was decent overall, though, and everything worked out in the end. I’d probably use them again, but quicker updates would definitely be nice.

"Customer service actually helped"
I had this little issue where my tickets weren’t showing up right away. Not a huge deal, I guess, but in the moment… yeah, I was definitely starting to stress a bit.
Reached out to Ticket City customer service, not really sure how long it would take. But they got back fast. The person I talked to was nice, explained what was going on in a normal way, not some overly complicated answer.
And then the tickets came through. Everything scanned fine at the event, no problems after that. just relieved, and happy with how they handled the whole thing

"I was expecting the usual surprise fees at..."
I was expecting the usual surprise fees at checkout, but ticketcity ended up being fair compared to a few other sites I looked at. There were still fees, of course, but they didn’t feel excessive or hidden. Overall, it was a smooth enough experience, and I’d be comfortable using them again.
"Mobile tickets came through easy"

"Simple and worth using again"
I had a good experience ordering through Ticket City. It was easy to find the seats I wanted, checkout didn’t drag on, and the confirmation emails showed up right away. it felt like a solid, no-nonsense way to buy tickets, which I appreciate. I’d use it again if I needed tickets

Umm, the tickets scanned fine at the gate and everything went smoothly. No issues at all
"Seats were exactly as promised"
My seats were right where TicketCity said they’d be. The section, row, and view all matched the listing perfectly, so there were no awkward surprises when I got to the venue. It made the whole experience feel smooth and stress-free, and I was really happy with it

"Worked fine for me"
I was a bit unsure about buying tickets online, but in my experience Ticket City did exactly what it was supposed to do. The order went through quickly, and I got the tickets when they said I would. I used them at the gate without any issues, which was a relief. For me, it was a straightforward process with no weird problems or needing to contact support. I’d use them again...

"Found the seats I was hoping for"
I was trying to get tickets to a game and kept hitting the same problem everywhere I looked: either the seats were not great, or the prices were way higher than I wanted to pay. After bouncing around a few sites and getting a little frustrated, I ended up checking ticketcity, mostly just hoping they might have something different.
To my surprise, they actually had a lot more to choose from. I could see cheaper seats, better sections, and a few options in between without having to keep opening new tabs. I took my time comparing everything and finally found tickets that fit my budget. It made the whole search feel a lot easier, and I was happy with how many options they had.
